Any thoughts on this building? Was looking at a two bedroom on the 8th floor yesterday, $700K. The common charges seem high at $1100. While the location ain't pretty, you're just on the other side of Atlantic and completely isolated from any noise or other urban charms in the units. Seems very solidly constructed and nicely appointed. Lobby is nothing special but interiors of units quite nice.
