This building has a horrible lobby, small elevator (front and rear) and part time doorman. The apartment is unremarkable; the fireplace is blocked up; the adjacent building is so close (+/- 2') that you would never want to open the curtains in the 2 other bedrooms as you look right at a brick wall. They are also so small, only a single bed would do. How they can ask $2.2 million (when I saw it, it had just been reduced), is astonishing to me.
