Discussion about 27 West 72nd Street #1410
This apartment is so overpriced. While it is a nice space, it was cheaply done & very tacky (cracks in the walls, cheap fixtures, cabinets & built ins look like they're falling apart). It also has no view. Any thoughts on why it was priced so high? It's been sitting for a loooong time now....
