Discussion about 48 West 69th Street in Lincoln Square
These were the most incompetent brokers I have ever come across. Neither of them could answer any questions about the building - including the rent control tenant situation, if there was a security system, when the building was built, when it was redone, etc. It's amazing that for a $13m property the seller could pick someone who hasn't taken the time to even learn the basics of the property.
