Hi, About to close and was wondering if those in the building could help with a few things: 1) what items did you have on your punchlist? - how quickly were they resolved? 2) who did you use for condo insurance? i've heard if an insurer is comfortable with a building the premiums are lower, just wanted to see if anyone has found this the case with their insurer.
