I live here ,I moved in October 2010 when they said some amenities as at list deli or piano bar would be ready to use and until now nothing happened, I don't think it's a good thing to lie so make people rent or even worse buy a place and feel an idiot later on.
Another thing that they said to get you was, they would make a shuttle van to bring you to a subway because the subway line it's so far away , at list 15 min walk and in the night time , don'y even think of walk by yourselves there are projects all around you.
