I'm an attorney (in criminal law) who just became a LREB by filling out a form and paying a fee. I actually know very little about real estate and the practice in NYC. I just want to sell a studio I own in Brooklyn. By listing here, will broker's come to my open house with potential buyers? I listed it as an "exclusive"- was I right to do so? I want to avoid paying someone a full %6, but would be happy to split it. How do I communicate that in broker's speak? Thanks for any help!
