when to cut price

My apartment has been on the market for about 7 weeks and although I think it is already well priced the broker wants us to cut the price to generate more interest. We had a couple of offers in the first few weeks that didn't work out but attendance at open houses and requests for showings has slowed down after the first few weeks. What do you think?
