Block and Lot on 5th Ave in Brooklyn

Jimmy and his partner are the worst brokers in town. I did a mistake in giving them an open listing to my house. Not only did they list a price (and it's current on this web site) I never authorized, they made my deal with another broker fall through, because of their greed. They never showed the house, but they wanted a full commission. They will be dealing with this issue in court! Stay away from them! Even the lawyers in Brooklyn know that these guys do not represent your best interest only their own greed! If you have an exclusive with them wait for it to expire and move quickly to another broker. Good luck and God bless!
