Part-time, weekday only rental?

GF & I are two working professionals, both w/ great jobs in Manhattan...but we spend our weekends with our kids in Philadelphia....so we're looking for a stable place to sleep/relax on Monday, Wednesday & Thursdays. About us: clean, quiet, responsible non-smokers, who have been subletting a loft in Soho the last couple years - nice, but sad that it's empty every weekend. Financially secure, mature (in our 40s) and we've both owned property before so we treat a rental with the same care we would give to our own home. Any suggestions on how we might find a place (and split w/someone who's only in the city on weekends? We tried craigslist, but no luck David and Audrey. davidkski@gmail.com
