Discussion about
Investors Bank will finance any owner occupied or second home unit in a building that has more than 25% sold or in contract. We are a small bank with less than 100 branches in New York and New Jersey, and we are trying to grow our Manhattan presence by allowing low presale financing, stated loans up to 50% LTV, and your standard products.
