I live in this building and the management company is awful. My apartment leaks everytime it rains and I've emailed them a dozen times to fix it, and they never do and they don't return my emails. I'm worried there's a mold issue here, too. As for those washer/dryers, none of them work, and when we ask the super to fix them, he's unresponsive. Just think renters should know before they end up in the same pickle I am in. Needless to say, I'm not renewing my lease. This has been a nightmare for me.
