Hi everyone. Does anyone know what are the average renovation costs for either a UWS or West Village townhouse? I've heard everything from $300-$400 sq ft., $400-$500 per sq.ft., and $600-$700 per sq.ft. I plan on customizing either home to fit my taste, which is very modern, including home automation features. One of the townhouses will need to be converted into a single family home, while the other will not. I also plan on putting elevators in each. Any info is greatly appreciated
