Discussion about 415 East 80th Street #5R
I noticed significant cracks in one of the walls in this apartment - I noticed also a crack on the bottom of the kitchen wall - I noticed in this, and another apt on the same floor (5L), that the floors are uneven - All in all I have concerns about the structure of this building - I asked one of the brokers about it but did not get a straight answer. I imagine an inspections is needed to find out what is going on.
