Hi, I was wondering if anyone is able to provide additional information about 140 Sixth Avenue (AKA 72 Sullivan Street). At one point it was going to be a hotel (link below), but I have heard recently that developers are going to try to turn them into condos instead. I would have expected the 5 story rule to be in effect but the original hotel drawings look a lot larger (due to commercial use?) http://ny.curbed.com/tags/140-sixth-avenue Thanks for any/all your help!!
