Discussion about 244 Madison Avenue in Midtown South
Hi, 2 questions, please: does anyone know if we hear neighbor noise in this building, across apartments (people walking and talking, music, etc.), above/below and left/right? Also, I heard there were many assessments. How often and of how much, relatively to apartments, are they? Thanks a lot!
