Discussion about 451 West 48th Street #3W
This property is overpriced considering the HDFC status and especially the water construction project that will be going on for at least 5 years. The project means freaquent water outtages for residents of the block, along with increased potential for rat infestations. Not to mention the collosal eyesore and lack of access.
