Hey, So bit the bullet and finally made an offer (or rather RE Agent did on my behalf). Waiting to hear on the acceptance but my broker has already got me filling out financials and getting me set up with a lawyer who will review financials and do due diligence. I don't expect any surprises really but I also hate being 'hands off' I like to do things on my own typically and don't like to rely on others. Should I bother to review financials of the building myself and if so are there any guides to how to best interpret them? Also aside from the typical legal work are there any specific questions or concerns I should raise? Any help would be appreciated. For those interested its a Coop UES about 950-1k square feet decent price though a bit high on the maintenance about $1.80 per sqr foot [less]
