hearing the cheapest apartment in there is 5,000,000; around $3000 a foot umm, can it really be that nice? At what point do prices in the west village become "absurd" so you are paying $27,000 monthly mortgage; maintenance has to be $3000 a month, and who knows what the RE taxes are.
