These units are not in 'move in condition'; the owners still live in each of them. This is a recent co-op conversion with people hoping to cash in on the big dig that Columbia is doing. The places are tiny & have been used as flop houses; bunk beds in nearly every bedroom. Across the street from projects, two doors down from a vehicle repair garage, & in an area that isn't going to have any immediate neighbourhood amenities until Columbia is finished years from now. Radically overpriced.
