2 Gold Residents back - increase inventory?

2 Gold has 650 apartments that tenants can return to starting today. http://www.2goldstreet.com/ I heard that TF moved some of them into their empty apts at 99 John and 45 wall but does anyone know of any other buildings who sublet to them. Does anyone think inventory in fidi will increase after the move or that prices will change at 99 John etc?
