So I've been reading up about BPC here, but most of the discussions are old and seem to be about how the CC are very high. I also found this article http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748703864204576315584254886002.html that mentions a land deal that should keep the CC from going up in the future. So all things considered, is it now a decent time to buy a condo in BPC? I love the area, and the 1BR's seem to be very affordable.
