Discussion about Liberty Terrace at 380 Rector Place in Battery Park City
Thoughts on this building? Looking to purchase a 1 BR here and wanted to know if anyone had any experiences to share. I like the 1 Rector Park building (right across the street) as well. Pros/Cons of each?
