Anyone had trouble getting a mortgage for buying this condo? It seems like the building does not comply with certain requirements from fannie mae. Any ideas? Is it worth buying in this building? I have been waiting for 7 months now! Yes, 7. Now I am having second thoughts about the whole thing. I would appreciate some advice. Thanks
