THIS BUILDING HAS RATS! This townhouse was leased until about 5 months ago. Either the last tenants trashed the place or the owner has not been maintaining the property. There are rats (not mice) that have taken up residence under the shrubbery in the front yard. The rats have started moving into neighboring buildings. Although supers have complained, the owners have not done anything to fix the situation.
