Condo Insurance rates

My husband and I own a condo in the Maxwell building in Hoboken and our condo insurance is up for renewal this year. We currently have Franklin Mutual but hear there are other companies that handle high value condos. I'm really interested in Chubb, but don't know much about them. Can anyone tell me what kind of rates to expect?
