What did surprise me was how wide 16' is when you have an excellent center stair layout, I liked it even more than I thought I would.
Will look gorgeous for someone (though I imagine a developer is going to chop it up into apartments) but will be interesting to see how much is spent renovating this as its even more than the usual "gut" renovation based on what I saw today.
