hello All. i recently received my individual re brokers license due to my general real estate experience. Although i gave been working as leasing administrator in management companies i dont have any field experience in rentals neither sales. I was basically signing leases and doing necessary paperworks in leasing. Since i have my own broker license i would like to open my own brokerage firm but dont know where to start. I would greatly appreciate it if you kindly give me some advises. Thank you.
