Co-Op Insurance - Recommendations

We're looking for good, comprehensive, owner's insurance for a 1 bedroom coop. From previous posts, seems like Chubb and Fireman's are best - thoughts? Anything specific we should make sure to have in our policy? (For reference, we're not billionaires with an apartment full of Monet's :) ). Also, any broker recommendations? Thanks!!
