Discussion about 257 Water Street at 23 Peck Slip in Fulton/Seaport
STAY AWAY - management doesnt answer - vomit al over elevators, hallways, parties on roof, roaches, mice, leaks.... This place is a total nightmare - I would advise you stay away. It smells - the restaurant downstairs has access to the building and cart shit all across it - and sit in the lobby on breaks. Its a horrible excuse for a building, and I could not advise you more to stay away.
