Discussion about 770 Saint Mark's Avenue in Crown Heights
This building is on the corner of what appears to be a gang turf war (http://gothamist.com/2016/08/03/crown_heights_turf_war.php). Also, as a current resident I can attest to the current management being slow to repairs and unable to keep basic building amenities like the elevators and washing machines and even hot water functioning at all times.
