Discussion about 167 13th Street in Gowanus
Horrible landlord. Unresponsive, rude and unreliable. Had to live through several months of leaking pipes that caused the floors to bulge and burst open. Took many emails, phone calls, requests for several months before it was fixed. Also does not provide adequate heating in the winter. In the end, he ended up keeping my security deposit because I did not give a 60 day notice (although all along I had been telling him I was going to move out at the end of my lease). Terrible living situation. Avoid if possible.
