Discussion about 563 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights
This building is poorly managed. The big bedroom has a flood problem which the management refuses to fix. This has led to mold. I had the air quality tested and the results were terrible. There are toxic levels of Aspergillus Penicillium and Stachybotrys (Black Mold). I lost most of my furniture and other personal items due to flood/water damage and mold. Beware of this toxic property.
