We are interested in this place, the selling broker is now telling us it doesn't have a permanent certif of occupancy, but they are 'working' on it.. Looked on BISWeb and found a few errors, but couldn't really find the temp CO .. We can put down about 20-30%, but what are the implications for financing and resale? Ty!
