Avoid like a plague. Co-op board process is overly extensive. Wasted 3 weeks with unprofessional broker who withheld public info that could have been revealed on day 1, and kept feeding lies about positive outcome guarantee. He had 0 interest in renting the place or willingness to collaborate.
