Please be aware that this building has had a history of bed bugs. The main host was located on the 4th floor and infected at least 4 apartments (2 apartments that had to be remediated twice). Building management was ineffective at eradicating the issue during our tenure at the building, though has since removed the tenant from the main host apartment on the 4th floor.
