This place is a disaster, avoid at all costs. the main bedroom has severely high humidity levels >70% which make it feel like a swamp. After trying to fix it 7 times, Core Mgmt, who oversees the building, then said there was no more problem, lying. Structural HVAC problems. I ended up moving out early breaking my lease(which btw was way less than $65k/month). Elevator broke 5 times in 5 months. Bad guys....
