Discussion about The Westmont at 730 Columbus Avenue in Upper West Side

Dilapidated and Drafty. This building is fine (I mean it's a dive, but you'll survive) as long as the temperature stays above 35 degrees. If it dips below, the ancient heating system cannot keep up with the seemingly even more ancient windows leaking air. My hands are numb from the cold as I type. Management's only solution is to offer to seal your windows with plastic. That's right. You've officially moved into third world housing. Don't pay these outrageous rents when you could be sleeping as comfortably outside in a plastic tent for free.
