Warning the images you are seeing is false The 3 floor unit is very small What they did was cut the apartment in half to get more rent. We visit this unit through exr (shady) Complete paperwork. Then owner gets greedy asking 16 to 18 months for a space that is unknown Don't do it There are better comps Rentals same or lower price in better area and closer to real cafe shops etc. They don't need your savings So don't give it to them. Price is too high for tiny space fit for one person. You have been warned
