House has yard with pool, and upstairs 2nd unit is a two bedroom being used as a large one bedroom, with a dining room and fireplace, rather than the second bedroom, that can easily be put back to a two bedroom nice rental. Lots of potentials, no gut jobs here, no major work needed, turn key ready...
