2nd Floor Unit

All, I am considering a second-floor (1 bed/1 den/1 bath) unit in a luxury building in the UES. It has the the right layout (with den) and good space for what it is. However, my only concern is that the unit is on the second floor (above the lobby). The neighborhood is quiet and the building is on a quiet street, so I'm not too concerned about noise. The unit is south-facing, so there is some light (although there are buildings in front). That being said, what impact will the unit being on the second floor have on ability to resell? Anything else to be concerned about?
