Tenants must walk up the stairs from the sidewalk, onto the patio and into the building. That's also where the garbage and recyclables are kept, on that lovely patio. Right outside your living room windows. BTW, you walk up the stairs bc below you is a gay bar. As described to me by the burly doorman. Wouldn't be a problem if you didn't hear and feel the music coming through the floor. Call it what it is Brendan... a loud, dingy, 2 bedroom apt on a nice block. Stop wasting people's time.
