Worst management ever

I've filed 22 maintenance requests in 11 months - only one of them was ever fixed, and it took 4 more calls to get a response. The super and maintenance men will all tell you the heaters in this building are "cheap" and "not strong enough" - be prepared to buy several space heaters and spend a fortune on your electric bill. It's been between 35 and 55 degrees in my apartment all winter (with my space heater and the dryer running for heat), and management refuses to put in a new heater or heat the building.
