$2,250/sq ft? Really??? Sure, in LaLa Land. Both this building and apt are mediocre, at best. The kitchen and bathroom materials, design, etc are beyond hideous and buyers will factor in a renovation of each into the eventual sales price. What can't be "fixed", however, is the tiny living space, which happens to be much smaller than the 1,250 sq ft listed. Ah, the games buildings play with their sq ft. In any case, no way in hell this place sells for more than $2.3, especially given the $200,000+ in renovation expenses. Anyone paying more than this will never make money when it's time to sell.
