Hi, I am looking into selling my apt and thought this might be a good place to ask some questions. Apologies if this is not the correct forum. Because I know this will be a factor here are my details 1) In prospect Heights 2) Co-Op, low maintenance 3) Duplex, about 1200sqft 1.5 bath. Bottom floor is sub grade 4) Large Yard Here some questions: 1) A friend of mine recently sold without a Broker, highly recommended it. I know this might be a bit religious but anyone have any real experiences or regrets? 2) Renovating. I plan to renovate the bathroom but the downstairs need a renovation as well but thought I thought I would leave to buyer to make it their own, bad idea? Also for a new bathroom, skip the tub and just do tiled shower? In 15 years I've used my tub maybe 5-6 times. 3) The backyard. Put money into it or just tidy up and let new buyer make their mark?
