I’m interested in 301 East 63rd Street #8A. Dear, I would like to become a happy owner of this beautiful house in Manhattan. I live and work in Italy and usually spend about a month a year between the United States and Canada. Therefore I would live in the apartment during my vacation periods. I would like to know if it was possible, once bought the apartment and when I'm not in the USA, to rent those who may be interested in spending a few days in New York, like airbnb.
