Discussion about 123 West 92nd Street in Upper West Side
We were tenants in this building for 18 months. The apartments are beautiful but the landlord was not reliable and there were major heating issues. The heating system is systematically either too hot or not functioning. It often stops in the middle of the night, so keeping your window open is not a good option. It is a structural issue that was not fixed even after the boiler was replaced. The landlord was nice and reachable at first but then became mysteriously unreachable on a regular basis.
