I recently saw a few apartments in this building with my husband. In my opinion, the M line apartments are very claustrophobic due to small windows, lack of fresh air, and severely obstructed views. I was also shocked with the amount of non refundable fees(no gym either)and mandatory 2 year commitment with certain units. Otherwise, the location is convenient with a lovely lobby, and overall, nice family oriented condo.
