I am looking for some referrals for a general contractor that works in the Bronx for some renovations for my small 1 bedroom co-op which include the following minor items: Kitchen: 1) Partial wall tear down to make sit at bar (non load bearing but has 1 electrical outlet running in it) - 6.7 feet long 2) Upgrade fuse box to breaker style box & relocate some plugs in kitchen 3) Rip out old kitchen cabinets (7.8 feet long) 4) Lay new tile flooring (approx 49 sq feet) ​Bathroom:​ 1) Re-tile bathtub/shower area 2) New tile on floor 3) Install vanity and sink 4) Install light 5) Install toilet and toilet seat Whole apartment repaint (756 square feet) Love to hear about the experience, pricing, time frame and picture if you have them?
