Whoever is looking to rent this place should note that the terrace is looking at a residential building with more than 40 apts. Whenever the music is too loud, or some kids are on the terrace partying, people complain to 311 or even call 911. This apt even got fines for breaking noise ordinances in the past. A good thing to consider if you are looking to give big/loud parties.
